Privacy Policy

TenderPulse ("we", "us") provides government tender alerts and related procurement information to suppliers in Zimbabwe, delivered through WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact us any time at kuda@kudamativenga.com.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number — collected when you message our WhatsApp number to subscribe.
• Your alert preferences — the supplier categories and province you choose during setup.
• Your messages to our service — the replies and commands you send (for example requesting tender details or saving a reminder), which we store to operate the service and improve it.
• Subscription and payment status — whether your subscription is active and until when. Payments are processed by independent payment providers; we never see or store your card or wallet credentials.

What we use it for

• Sending you the tender alerts, tender details, and reminders you have asked for.
• Managing your subscription, including renewal reminders.
• Responding to your questions and improving the service.

The tender information we send you is drawn from notices published on Zimbabwe's public eGP procurement portal (egp.praz.org.zw). TenderPulse is not affiliated with PRAZ.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not send you messages unrelated to the service you signed up for.
• We do not message people who have not opted in.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run TenderPulse — WhatsApp/Meta (message delivery), our database hosting provider, and payment providers when you choose to pay — and where the law requires it. Each provider processes your information only to provide their service to us.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any TenderPulse message at any time and we will immediately stop sending you messages. You can rejoin whenever you like by replying START.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, we stop messaging you immediately; you may also ask us to delete your personal information entirely by emailing kuda@kudamativenga.com, and we will do so within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Security

Your information is stored in access-controlled systems, and access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced through the service.
